Jim is unique in the sense that he has been an Instructor, Investigator, Crisis Negotiator, Field Training Officer, First-Line Supervisor, Jail Officer, School Resource Officer... and to cap it all off, a subject matter expert in police Use of Force and Vehicle Operations.
Jim provides our clients and their staff with the ability to observe their surroundings and consistently take proactive action to protect themselves against potential and presenting threats. For the most part Jim practices in the realm of Law Enforcement, and is now coupling his own knowledge with the S.A.F.E. Program designed by Yousef Badou, to provide the necessary skills to enhance the safety and awareness of every citizen.
Jim's instruction on situational awareness and behavior analysis actively helps the people he works with/ our clients to sequentially dissect the situation, the people, the problem and the solution. What we find extremely impressive is that Jim enables the people he/ we work with to make faster decisions, saving lives as the outcome.
